Thomas Faulk publishes an annual fees and costs schedule in January of each year.
Mr. Faulk will work with his clients to prepare a budget up front for the estimated cost of a proposed legal project.
Many tasks are performed on a flat fee basis disclosed before work begins.
Thomas Faulk also charges on an hourly basis in appropriate circumstances. His hourly rate is often 25%-50% less than the hourly rates charged by downtown lawyers.
Mr. Faulk rarely performs contingency fee work. |
